CEO & Founder

With over a decade of staffing industry experience under his belt, Konstanty Sliwowski established Caissa with a clear mission at the core: to provide clients with effective executive recruitment services that put people at the forefront.  His career began at the world’s leading non-profit research organisation, Research Triangle Institute, where he worked on staffing solutions for government aid and reconstruction missions in Europe and the Middle East.  Konstanty later expanded on his skills and knowledge, working his way up one of the world’s largest staffing firms and taking charge of its permanent ERP staffing across Central and Easter Europe. Konstanty holds an MA in Modern History and Politics from Oxford University.

Spearheading the implementation of best practices in end-to-end recruitment processes across Caissa’s talent management team, Aleks holds an impressive resume of experience gained from both agency and in-house roles. She works directly with all Talent Managers, ensuring promising candidates are set on the right path to fulfil their personal and professional goals.  A skilled recruitment specialist from nine to five, an avid Ayurvedic practitioner and a life coach after hours, Aleks doesn’t let her passion for helping others stop at the end of her work day.

Executive Search Specialist & Selection Partner

Albin’s expert knowledge of ERP and ICT profiles, as well as executive headhunting and business development skills, make him an invaluable asset in Caissa’s ranks.  His recent experience includes a senior ICT recruitment and account management position at Modis International – part of the world’s largest recruitment group, Adecco – where he worked with clients in the DACH and BENELUX regions.  Albin holds two BA titles, one in International Business from Avans Hogeschool in Breda and another in International Marketing from the College of Management and Business Studies in Budapest.
